When the stork flies out of hell

Brewing beer has become a huge hobby of ours. From small pot brewing (homebrewing) to brewing in a real brewery. As homebrewers we participated in various competitions and meetings where we met a lot of cool people. They helped us, gave us advice and we humbly listened to what the older and more experienced ones talked about and tried to verify their advice on home brewing. The little beaks became colleagues and friends later on. From these relationships came the idea of trying to nomadically brew our own brand of beer.

We built our own recipes at home, transferred to the brewhouse of an official microbrewery. So we became amateur brewers ourselves, brewing our own official beer in the rented spaces of friendly microbreweries.

Focused mainly on top-fermented beers and brewing a variety of specialty beers rather than the stereotypical brews, we set out to muddy the waters of small craft brewing in Slovakia. Our intention is clear! To brew honest craft beer from quality ingredients, have fun and educate the beer nation at the same time! We will never sink into the depths of hectolitres of dull lagers. Hellstork is ready to exercise your palate and show you one of the most beautiful hobbies on the planet!

Hellstork Craft Brewery

On December 21, 2012, the day when the next apocalypse and the end of the Mayan calendar was calculated, we boarded our Noah's Ark named Hellstork Craft Brewery and headed towards the choppy waters of Slovak craft brewing.Empowered by our desire to leave at least a small footprint in it, we released the first "babies" from the Hell Stork into the public.Just like for the rest of the world, a new era has begun for us - a new beginning.

During an eight-year voyage filled with the rigors of storms and lightning, ups and downs, but also sunny windlessness, we finally discovered the island!We dug deep artesian wells in the ruins of pig farms and used the recipes of our ancestors preserved in the chimneys of incinerators....but well...enough with the LSD!We firmly believe that this year we will forever anchor ourselves in an unexplored new territory called HELLSTORK CRAFT BREWERY. Yes...after more than 8 years of brewing and floating all over the former Czechoslovakia, the stork is coming to permanently nest us, to climb out of hell and thus finally spread its wings of creativity.
